Blackstone stir fry chicken is a delicious blend of fresh vegetables, boneless skinless chicken breast, all mixed together with a stir fry sauce. All cooked together on the griddle and in less than 30 minutes dinner is done.

We love to cook recipes on our Blackstone Griddle. They turn out so flavorful and this stir fry recipe is one of our favorites. Combining the ingredients together on the griddle makes for an easy meal idea.

Ingredients For the Chicken and Vegetables:

  • Boneless Chicken Breasts (diced into 1 inch pieces)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Avocado Oil
  • Broccoli Florets (diced into bite size pieces)
  • Yellow Bell Pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • Red Bell Pepper (cut into 1 inch pieces)
  • Carrots (shredded)
  • Ground Ginger
  • Minced Garlic
  • Sesame Seeds

Ingredients For the Stir Fry Sauce:

  • Cornstarch
  • Chicken Broth
  • Soy Sauce
  • Honey

How to Make Chicken Stir Fry on Blackstone Griddle:

  • Step 1 – In a small bowl, whisk together the stir fry sauce ingredients. Set aside.

  • Step 2 – Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium high heat (approximately 400 degrees F). Spread the avocado oil out onto the grill.
  • Step 3 – Place the broccoli and shredded carrots onto the grill. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. If you have a press, use the press to press down the broccoli to cook it quicker.Push vegetables to side of the griddle and allow to cook tender.

  • Step 4 – Add the chicken to the grill next to the broccoli. Season it with salt and pepper. Sauté for 3-5 minutes (flipping every minute) until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

  • Step 5 – Then add the peppers to the grill next to the chicken and sauté in the oil until tender (1-2 minutes).

  • Step 8 – Remove from the grill. Top with the sesame seed, serve over rice and enjoy!

How to Cook on the Stove Top:

We recommend using a cast iron skillet or a Wok as it is similar to the griddle but any skillet will work.

  • Heat and oil skillet then add in vegetables.
  • Cook vegetables tender.
  • Remove vegetables from skillet then add in diced chicken to cook.
  • Mix everything together including the vegetables and diced chicken.
  • Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetable mixture and heat.
  • Top with sesame seeds, serve and enjoy.

  • Vegetables – This is a great recipe to use leftover vegetables. We have added in diced zucchini and sliced carrots.
  • Cooked Rice – Stir fry cooked rice with the mixture on the flat top. Stir fry rice with the vegetables and chicken and serve.

  • Soy Sauce Substitution – You can substitute soy sauce for coconut aminos.

  • Cooking Chicken – We used an instant read meat thermometer to make sure that the chicken is cooked to a safe temperature (165 degrees F).
  • Chicken and Vegetables – We recommend cutting the chicken and vegetables about the same size. This make sure they cook evenly and tender.
  • Use Different Oil – You can easily use avocado oil, canola oil or coconut oil instead of the vegetable oil in this recipe.
  • Heat Blackstone – Make sure Blackstone is preheated before adding vegetables to griddle.
