Splunk Chief Legal Officer Scott Morgan, who in 2012 helped take data platform public and in March competed its $28 billion sale to Cisco, announced on LinkedIn Friday that he is leaving the San Francisco-based company.
“It is with pride and honor that, today, I conclude my 12+ years at Splunk,” Morgan wrote.
