Palia is a forthcoming community simulation cozy MMO from American developer Singularity 6. With a Skill-based system, social features like Friendship and Romance, and no PvP combat, players can get registered to playtest the game in the upcoming PC Public Beta starting in August 2023.
As for when Palia will officially launch, we have you covered on dates, pre-orders, and more so that you can get in line and get the game available on the announced platforms. That said, here's what we know about Palia's official PC and Nintendo Switch release date.

What Is Palia's Release Date For PC & Nintendo Switch?
Singularity 6's cozy MMO will be embarking on its Beta testing for PC starting 2nd August 2023 for its Closed Beta, which is by invitation only. The Open Beta will start one week later, on 10th August 2023, also on PC, for which players can playtest the game and new additions and optimizations included for all to enjoy.
Palia Nintendo Switch Release Date
As for the game's official launch, we have yet to confirm; however, we have a timeline for the game's release on each platform. Palia is now available to Wishlist, with pre-orders likely to arrive soon for the Nintendo Switch as the game is slated for the Holiday Season 2023 release.
Palia PC Release Date
As there will be no Betas for the Switch planned, players on PC can begin their registration now to receive the opportunity to join. However, Palia's PC launch has no release date confirmed by the developer; however, the game was recently made available through the Epic Games Store for free as of 24th October 2023.

While they'll continue providing news and updates through their social media channels and official Discord server, they will evaluate the game's development and release feedback. On the game's official Nintendo Switch release announcement post, they are working extremely hard to have its PC launch before the Nintendo Switch's release and will share an update soon.
The PC and Nintendo Switch versions are free-to-play and won't require platform-specific subscriptions like the Nintendo Switch Online subscription. The developer has stated that there is a demand for the game to be available on other platforms but will continue work on its PC and Switch versions to ensure that the game is well-supported at launch and post-launch.
Lastly, the game will support cross-platform play or crossplay for its PC and Switch versions, allowing players to play the game on all their preferred platforms. Palia will also support cross-progression, meaning your game saves will be shared between platforms, letting you continue investing your time into setting up your home and more in Palia.
Palia is currently available in Open Beta for PC, as players can installthe game launcherdetailed in this guide. The game is slated to bereleased for the Nintendo Switchon 14th December 2023.
